RM Builders won a fantastic Tender in 2016, working for St Austell Breweries in converting a 4-storey town house into a boutique hotel.

The site was initially derelict so after demolition and stripping-out works we began restructuring internally, installing partition halls, doors and new windows throughout. Much skilled joinery was required, particularly to the feature bar and servery area. Both hard and soft flooring were laid prior to full sanitary, disposal, mechanical, electrical and ventilation installations.

The final finish was completely designer-led, a talented architect guiding us in detail from placing of artwork and decorative lighting, through soft landscaping the gardens to feature period wallpaper.
